In the unlikely event that things are not what you expected, here is your parachute:
When you receive your order, please inspect the box for obvious damage. If it has been damaged in transit, please contact the carrier and Email us immediately with your tracking number. Please describe the problem. We will advise you what to do.
Open the package and inspect the contents. If they are not to your satisfaction, return them in the original container and inner packet within five (5) days and Email us with the invoice number.
State clearly if you want a REFUND, REPLACEMENT or CREDIT.
We regret we are only able to refund shipping charges as a result of our error.
Please note that colors will vary slightly because they are entirely natural and even when dyed, exhibit the same natural variance and charm.

Although dried flowers are fairly robust, please keep in mind, that like all natural products, they are perishable. Place them in a cool dry room away from bright sunlight. Colors are natural and will fade in time, especially if they are displayed in bright sunlight or under bright lights. The fading is normal and often lends a patina of elegance to your arrangements.
The preserved items will generally outlast the natural dried flowers, and sticks, cones and pods can be used over and over again.
Of course, when they can no longer serve as a source of pleasure, they are fully biodegradable and they will be happy to enhance your compost heap. Please recycle.
